The position starts August 2025. Consideration of applicants will begin immediately and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Department faculty will be conducting initial interviews during August 11-12, at the annual (2024) Academy of Management (AOM) meeting in Chicago. Applications submitted by July 12, 2024, will be reviewed and considered for AOM interviews. Candidates should submit: (1) a cover letter describing their research and teaching interests and accomplishments; (2) a statement describing evidence of meeting two or more of the university's BIE criteria (3) current curriculum vitae; (4) an example of scholarly work; (5) teaching evaluations, if available, and (6) three letters of recommendation. The minimum salary for this position is based on the current CSU salary schedule for Assistant Professors and may be revised based on contract collective bargaining. The anticipated salary range is from $138,000 - $142,000 (academic year full-time). Salary placement will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience, and salaries higher than the published maximums may be offered in limited circumstances.
