Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, provide a warm welcome, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the display of promotional materials and brochures
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with composure
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
