Fire Suppression Project Manager

Based in Houston, TX, we're a fire protection and safety equipment designer, manufacturer and distributor. Currently, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our eam.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage industrial fire water and suppression POs (Pre-engineered suppression, custom integrated systems, firewater pumps, bladder tank foam, fire hydrant builds)
Manager full PM cycle - administrative, design management, material purchasing, fabrication and production, shipment, installation and commissioning oversight
Manage a project load over $1M-$5M
Coordinae design efforts and ensure they are in compliance with safety and client requirements
Manage change orders
Manage project budgets/deadlines
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of Project Management in a related industry - Oil & Gas (mechanical, piping and plan design, fire protection)
Mechanical knowledge - fire water distribution/fire fumps/ sprinkler systems/foam systems/clean agent fire suppression/Dry chemical systems
Electrical knowledge - fire detection systems, smoke detection, alarm systems, PLC Based control systems
NFPA Code Knowledge: 11, 12, 13, 15, 20, 24, 750, 2001
Active NICET 2 preferred - Fire Alarm/ Special Hazards, Water Based Systems
3D CAD/Inventor/AutoCAD (2D/3D) knowledge
Strong Word, Outlook, Projects & Excel experience
Strong communication and project management experience
