Support the mission of ending patients’ needless suffering through communicating, coordinating, enrolling, supporting, servicing and caring for patients.
Summary:
This position is focused on establishing and creating relationships and delivering excellent service and follow-up for patients. We want those we help and serve to be delighted in how they are supported, serviced, and cared for.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of patient, administrative, and support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be a “people person” and be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of a growing medical practice.
Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of the patient experience.
∙ Create and nurture relationships with prospects and patients to strengthen bond so they are inspired to take action and get the care they need with our help and support
∙ Email, phone, fax and text communication—answering inbound inquiries and proactive follow-up and tracking
∙ Scheduling patients, verifying insurance, updating medical charts, collecting office payments, providing paperwork to clients when necessary
∙ Update and maintain prospect and patient database, run reports, email marketing campaigns, etc.
∙ Maintain and organize all files, documents, images/videos
∙ Project coordination of a variety of organizational projects.
∙ With direction, assist in organizing office operations and procedures ∙ Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining internal form letters, templates, and other documents required for HIPAA compliance
∙ Occasionally attend and represent Nu Life Medical (NLM) at various local networking events.
∙ As necessary, attend local educational classes, seminars, and meetings pertaining to coordinator duties
∙ Document within EMR system with appropriate guidelines
∙ Manage inventory orders within the office

Essential Skills:
∙ Required: People person—love spending time with and helping people ∙ Required: Excellent written & spoken English – Excellent grammar. ∙ Preferred: Experience in medical insurance verification of coverage and benefits ∙ Preferred: Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
