- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Obtaining insurance information and copays
- Customer service
- Closing the day
- Obtaining insurance authorizations
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented, positive attitude, strong work ethic, interest in management, customer service, and retail.
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday
- Ability to alphabetize
- Ability to file, spell, enter computer data, communicate with patients
- Team player
