As a HR Assistant at Transitions Care you will be responsible for providing overall process support to the HR Team as well as the Talent Acquisition process through pre and post-hire activities. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week work from home. Salary range will be $20-$22 an hour.
Major Responsibilities

Support the HR team in any required reporting audits such as I-9 audits, benefit audits etc.

Send, track and file all new hire documents and create the new hire folders.

Arrange candidate travel, transportation and accommodation as needed.

Submit requests for pre-employment background checks and drug screens.

Maintain all employee files to comply with all CAHPS requirements.

Own the Survey process for all Hospice Agencies as it pertains to employee records.

Manage and track important clinical staff license requirements like CPR card expirations and medical license expirations.

Requirements:
Education and Experience
-
High School or GED required.
-
6 months – 2 years HR or recruiting experience preferred.

Knowledge and experience in high volume recruiting environments.
-
Healthcare experience a plus.
