We are firmly established, with an ever-growing Sales and Operations team, distributing our solutions to some of the United States biggest shopping malls, universities, hospitals, residential areas, and cities.
We are looking for a Junior Salesperson to join the team to help us build on the strong foothold we’ve established in California, to specifically sell our innovative valet software solution. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
At Frogparking, we’re a little bit different. Initially founded in New Zealand, we are experienced high demand and rapidly expanded into several regions.

We are looking for that special someone who can check the following boxes:
- Is a relationship builder with a passion for new business
- Has 1 - 2 years of sales experience (with proven results of exceeding sales targets)
- Can prospect and qualify leads effortlessly
- Enjoys the challenge of prospecting through a variety of lead generation techniques (cold calling, location visits, email, phone, and networking events)
- Relishes presenting product demonstrations to potential clients
- Can work closely with the senior sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Gets joy from working with a highly collaborative global team
- Easily can prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue targets
- Has a willingness to travel as needed
- Is capable of providing feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends
- Keeps abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Has knowledge of Hubspot and the Microsoft Office suite
- Possesses a great sense of humour
- Is self-motivated, disciplined and can work autonomously
It would be a bonus if this person:
- Has experience in technology, parking, software, or property management
- Has relationships and contacts in the parking, retail, airport, city, university, property management or hospital sectors
- Has contacts, or worked, at a parking consultant company
