Essential Functions:
- Manage Foodservice Distributors and Sales Force to Obtain Annual Sales and Profit Goals: Develop strategies to meet the needs of the customers with providing superior JB products and services. Work with marketing to develop tools focused on features and benefits of products and services. Work with research and development to design items that meet customer demands. Deliver superior quality service that exceeds customer satisfaction.
- Develop and Grow Sales in Foodservice Distributors Corporate Accounts: Set goals for product and services at Corporate designated Accounts. Achieve results through a cross collaborative sales team utilizing effective direction and communication. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships and communication with all key constituents that result in building synergies between customers and company.
- Keep Current on Industry Knowledge and Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market conditions and delivery systems to determine present and future direction.
