Job Overview:
Do you love people and enjoy working with a range of individuals? Do you have a passion for the sales process? We are a growing real estate investment company located in NC seeking an awesome part-time remote administrative assistant focused on homes sales and rentals. 5-10 hours per week.
Duties:
In this position, you will be responsible for tracking all homes coming available for sale and for rent, interfacing with local managers for their availability to host showings, posting ads on facebook marketplace, following up with potential residents after showings, and helping move the process along. You'll also ensure this overall process is running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proficient with facebook
- Able to post ads to facebook marketplace and respond to inquiries in a professional, kind, and helpful manner
- Ability and openness to learn new software - we use a variety of softwares including RentManager and OpenPhone to track available homes and information about them as well as to connect with local managers. Previous experience with RentManager and OpenPhone aren’t required, though learning them will be necessary for the role.
Schedule:
Flexible hours. Some evening and weekend availability is critical to the role.
Preferred:
Ability to speak and write in Spanish.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.10 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
