Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Washington DC
Duration: 3 Months
Experience with Windows, Mac & JAMF.
Experience working for enterprise clients.
Skills:
- 3-5 years of Service Desk or Desktop Support experience for both PC and Mac required Experience working with multiple customers face to face in a ‘Walk Up Bar’ type of corporate environment is preferred
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and follow-thru to completion Familiarity supporting Mac OS X & Windows 7/10
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office is preferred Good problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
Top skillsets for this role:
Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users effectively.
Familiarity supporting Mac OS X & Windows 7/10
Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Sheets
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.60 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
