The Business Execution Senior Resource Management Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for driving ICRM's strategy and execution. Candidate will work closely with senior management to develop location strategy, perform site management, build ICRM's continuity of business program and ad hoc assignments as the Business Execution Resource Management Team continues to evolve. Other tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The role may coordinate and manage workforce management activities, resource headcount reporting and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Senior resource management analyst will perform a wide range of functions and have exposure to multiple functions within the ICRM program. A few of the responsibilities include:
Location Strategy / Site Management / Continuity of Business

Develop and apply ICRM Location Strategy

Identify opportunities to move to lower cost / de fragment team / creating a hub for fragmented low cost places

Oversight of the Continuity of Business program
-
Oversight of the Resource Mgmt MCA Monitoring
-
Develop Location Strategy / Resource Location Planning (RLP)
-
Oversee Tactical Seating and Space Planning
-
Technology Contact for Impacting Initiatives (e.g. laptop migrations)
Co-Source / Non-Employee Resources
-
Oversee / facilitate Non-Employee (Temps / Consulting) resource request process
-
Lead ICRM input for all requests related to Non-Employee resources
Third Party Management (TPM)
-
ICRM lead contact for all requests from Citi Global Function (GF) TPM team
-
Attend monthly meetings held by GFTPM
-
Review and update as needed UKI’s and KI’s in GFTPM reports
-
Perform annual Concentration Risk review of ICRM suppliers
Resource Management

Perform workforce management updates in ICRM's workforce management tool, Archer.

Perform ad-hoc reconciliations
Qualifications:
-
6-10 years of experience in resource management, primarily in financial services

Strong communication skills
-
Strong excel skills including creation of complex pivot tables and lookups

Experience in interaction at Executive management level of businesses

Broad understanding of business practices
-
Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
Education:

Bachelors (4 Year University) Degree or equivalent experience required

Masters (MA, MBA, etc) Degree preferred

Degree specialized in HR/Resource Analytics preferred
