Set Solutions is on the hunt for a skilled Cisco Voice Administrator with expertise in Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) to join a client of ours for the next 6 months with potential extension/conversion. As a Cisco Voice Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Cisco voice infrastructure, with a particular focus on UCCE.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Cisco Unified Communications solutions, with an emphasis on Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
- Provide administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for Cisco voice infrastructure, including voice gateways, routers, switches, and related components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the voice infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard voice communication systems and data.
- Develop and maintain documentation for voice infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to Cisco voice and UCCE.
