Overview:
The Customer Service Representative’s central role is to provide thorough and professional support to Chatham’s retail clients. We are looking for someone who is excited to engage with customers, cares about being detailed and accurate, and someone who understands the importance of communication skills.
This role also collaborates with the marketing team for added support in branding, social media, and merchandising, as needed.
We are looking for someone self-motivated, loves connecting with people, and someone who takes pride in the work they produce. The ideal candidate is a team player, has creative input, shares ideas, and has a positive attitude. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who likes to smile, laugh, and occasionally engage in some light-hearted office banter!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties
- Provides customer support to our retail clients.
- Enters and processes orders for loose gemstones as needed.
- Manages incoming phone calls and Fresh Desk tickets.
- Identifies needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Light Marketing Collaboration
- Selects jewelry displays based on customer orders.
- Photographs gemstones and jewelry for social media.
- Coordinates monthly social media posts with the Marketing Administrator.
- Provides web support as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Team player and customer focused.
- A sharp eye and keen visual sensibility.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Is honest, dependable, and open-minded.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Quick learner.
- Adobe applications preferred.

* At least three references MUST be submitted

* Cross-training and training are always relevant to this company
* Must complete an Attention to Detail (ATD) assessment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
