We are artisans, goldsmiths, gemologists and professionals with a single mission; to be your jeweler for life. Our journey began as a wholesale manufacturer, a jeweler to the jewelers. Over nearly 50 years we have transformed into the largest supplier of diamonds in the Northwest. proudly rooted in the Tri Cities, Spokane and Missoula. Our state-of-the-art workshop and expert goldsmiths are visible so you can watch how jewelry is being created start to finish. Services range from bespoke custom design to meticulous repairs. Our showroom is the largest in the region with an incredible collection of diamonds, engagement rings, bands, fashion designers and Swiss made watches as well as our own Jewelry Design Center collection made in house. Job Brief
We are looking for a responsible, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from providing appropriate product solutions for our customers to nurturing them through the purchase flow from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will uphold the ideals and standards of our company and will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers by greeting them.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Sell merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales expectations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to grow customer base.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately.
- Perform store set up and closing operations, including opening and closing office area and moving jewelry to and from store safe and display areas.
- Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep store clean, safe and inviting.
Requirements
- Listening Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge Strong communication & organizations skills required.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Paid time off, Professional development assistance, Continuing education with GIA & AGS. Compensation package: Bonus opportunities & Profit sharing.
