POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels. In this role, you must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and building confidence through showing them what they’re capable of. A Burn Boot Camp Trainer focuses on total fitness, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT), all while creating an inviting environment of support and incredible results.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
- Morning 5:00-8:00; 0800-1100
- Afternoon: 11:30-1:15
- Evening: 4:00-8:00
- Rotating Saturdays
PAY RATE: $25/hour for Camp hours. $15/hr when performing Admin duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BURN TRAINER:
- Deliver pre-designed and custom workouts to groups while upholding high energy and motivation.
- Lead and motivate clients throughout intense training sessions while accommodating all fitness levels.
- Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise form and technique.
- Attend weekly meetings for educational and collaborative purposes.
- Build and maintain highly engaged membership base by engaging with members in person and on social media, and promoting the brand.
- Help to convert prospects into members.
- Be a fitness leader in the community!
QUALIFICATIONS

- Able to work with and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds to relatively challenge each member

- Able to follow Burn Boot Camp protocol and guidelines
- Able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals

REQUIRED LICENCES OR CERTIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- MUST have BS in Exercise Science or related degree OR have current NCSA accredited personal training certification.
- Excellent communicator with a strong passion for people, culture, and a desire to serve members
- Ability to train all fitness levels!
- Knowledge of physiology, technique, and body mechanics
