Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, specializing in Taiwanese or broader Asian cuisine. This position is based in North Phoenix, working at the world’s largest microchip factory for a Taiwanese-based company. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance withdaytime hours and weekends off, a rare opportunity in the culinary world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and execute menus focusing on authentic Taiwanese or broader Asian cuisine.
- Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to create innovative and seasonal menu offerings.
- Utilize basic computer skills for managing ordering systems and digital logs.
- Communicate effectively in English for management and operational purposes.
Skills Required:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Extensive experience in Taiwanese or broader Asian cuisine.
- Proven management experience, even if from non-traditional settings.
- Basic computer skills for ordering systems and digital logs.
- Strong communication skills in English for management and system purposes.
Nice-to-Have:

- Formal culinary training or certification.
