- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain electronic medical records using software

- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with working in a dental clinic, urgent care, or emergency room setting is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
