Stovern Supply Company is an established auto parts store in Kellogg & Pinehurst, ID. We are a family owned and operated business that strives to provide the best products, service, and value for our customers. We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help us provide our customers with exceptional service and exceptional jewelry.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the store
- Answer customer questions and troubleshoot problems
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers
- Efficiently process customer purchases
- Process POS (point of sale) transactions
- Keep shelves, racks, and shelves clean
- Assist with restocking inventory as necessary
- Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional attitude toward all guests in both person and communication
- Understand company mission statement and core values to guide day-to-day activities
- Be knowledgeable about all items in the store and merchandise offered for sale
- Collaborate with other retail staff to provide an overall customer experience that is welcoming, memorable, and engaging
- Assist with other tasks as needed by management to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers while maintaining professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills required. Must be able to prioritize tasks. Must be able to follow up on multiple levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week
