COMMERCIAL DOOR WORX INC. is a growing leader in commercial dock and door service and maintanence services. We provide commercial entry and dock door services across North and South Carolina including Florida.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer calls over the phone for service and created service tickets in Housecall Pro. You will also assist with invoicing, recordkeeping., and accept incoming inventory and maintained office supply. Applicant should be able to handle packages up to 25 pounds.
The ideal candidate should have administrative experience. Strong communication and organization skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in administrative / office role, preferably in service industry field.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must have exceptional verbal / written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- · Receive, log and dispatch service calls
- · Review and submit repair quotes for approval
- · Receive and audit invoices.
