Angus Meats, Inc., is looking for an Office Assistant who is reliable, energetic with a positive can do attitude. The Office Assistant will be a support person for the CEO, CFO, Office Manager, and our Sales Team. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for the filling of our Angus Meats Direct online store orders.
The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize work with little supervision., be a team player, and eager and willing to learn and grow with the company. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Angus Meats, Inc., is very fast paced and requires this person to wear many hats at one time.
- Customer Service, Phones, Invoicing orders, Filing, support Sales Team.
- Run errands i.e. post office, purchase office supplies, etc.
- Calling current customers to make sure their happy with our service.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self manage time
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Great Communication, interpersonal abilities and grammar
- Able to handle the flow of a fast pace environment
- Willingness to help out in production when needed
- Ability to withstand VERY cold temperatures (-20 to 20 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Be a willing and fast learner (note taking is crucial in this position)
Skills (preferred, not required)
- AS400/similar ERP software experience (will train)
- Food industry knowledge/experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
