The Designated Managing Broker position is a fulltime position. You will be working closely with our owners and corporate office support teams. The Designated Managing Broker will oversee and provide excellent support to our brokers through training, coaching, answering questions and giving direction on all aspects of real estate, including our technology platforms, marketing systems, and promoting our company ancillary and affiliate services.
Job Description
· Oversee and work with our compliance team, assisting our brokers by providing oversight, answering questions about real estate transactions, license law, and Realtor® code of ethics
· Oversee and assist with all new licensee transactions
· You will be responsible to make sure transactions meet all legal and compliance requirements
· Assist our brokers with technology, marketing, and training tools, along with motivating and encouraging our brokers along their pathway to success in their real estate careers
· Assist our brokers with developing business plans
· Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of training programs
· Coach our brokers providing ongoing training and support helping them to increase productivity and achieve their business goals
· Problem solve elevated customer service issues, broker to broker and consumer, as they may arise
· Support our recruiting department by promoting broker referrals
· Train our brokers on the full service value we provide our clients with our affiliate and ancillary programs
· Facilitate weekly webinars to engage our brokers in current market trends and create opportunities to increase their productivity
Requirements
· Have an existing Illinois managing broker’s license
· Must be friendly, enjoy engaging people in conversation, have a positive attitude, and be great at building instant rapport with people
· Prior management, leadership, experience required
· Must be experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions and be knowledgeable in commercial transactions
· Must have a detailed knowledge of real estate laws, Realtor© Code of Ethics, contracts, and real estate procedures
· Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
· Must be skilled in problem solving including conflict resolution with a proven ability to effectively deescalate challenging customer service situations
· Ability to maintain composure under pressure
· Strong relationship builder able to develop and maintain highly productive relationships within and outside our brokerage to further the growth of our company and award-winning customer service
· Experience in real estate marketing techniques, social media, technology
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products and virtual collaborative tools
· Aspirations to grow within the company
· Always learning and excited to be a member of a highly motivated winning management team
· Fulltime out of our corporate office in Mokena with occasional travel to our other offices as needed
Success in the job will be measured by broker productivity on a company wide basis, broker satisfaction and retention, and broker engagement with ancillary company services
Salary based on industry knowledge, ability, and experience
Ability to earn bonuses based on performance results

Fulltime M-F in office and on call after hours for broker support

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
