The Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager is accountable for the performance and results of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team. The role ensures the resolution of DEI-related issues and initiatives, with fairness and consistency in a timely manner. The role closely partners with organizational leadership to address complex DEI challenges and collaborates with various departments including People Analytics, DEI Business Enablement, and other HR COEs. The role also d ensures the effective implementation of tactical responsibilities within the DEI function.
You'll have….
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field and/or commensurate experience.
- 5+ years experience with People Analytics, HR information systems or Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
- Experience managing Executive stakeholders

- Preferred experience in project management or large client consulting
Demonstrated ability to center the focus and voice of others
