ACA Group, the leading GRC Advisor in financial services, is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff who will report to our CEO and partner closely with our Senior Executive Team. The Chief of Staff will have a pivotal role in managing key strategic initiatives and driving organizational effectiveness. This key leader will help drive operational efficiency and ensure that we pursue initiatives that further ACA Group’s goals.
This highly visible role will be based in our NYC Headquarters and will support 1,300+ employees globally.
What you’ll do:
- Manage strategic initiatives and projects that support strategy and growth plans for ACA Group.
- Work closely with the CEO & Management Committee to drive priorities, ensuring alignment and coordination across the organization
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance and Legal to help manage all aspects of the Company’s Corporate Operations.
- Coordinate and deliver internal company communications, acting as the point of contact between the CEO and employees.
- Coordinate and deliver external communications (when needed) with respective business units and Marketing.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and risks while implementing effective solutions.
- Mentor and develop the management team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Support the CEO with general administrative tasks, as needed, managing and prioritizing requests, flow of information, and ensuring key stakeholders are included as needed.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience leading teams and driving initiatives across a company from inception to completion.
- Previous experience with overseeing or working closely with departments such as HR, Finance and Legal.
- Experience in Financial Services and GRC preferred.

Salary Range: $140,000.-$180,000.
