Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical counseling activities within our substance abuse and mental health treatment programs.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional care and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies and outcomes.
Required Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field approved by the NCASPPB.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience along with
- 5 years of leadership experience in substance use disorder and mental health treatment settings.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Required: Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) or LCAS-A.
- Preferred: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or LCMHC-A, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LCSW-A. Dual licensing is a significant plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Valid NC or SC Driver’s License.
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, pleasant personality, and a strong work ethic.
