Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing invoices from vendors for accuracy to ensure proper payment
- General bookkeeping
- Bank and credit cards accounts reconciliation.
- Create credit/ debit memos
- Process customer returns
- Coordinate with PO and warehouse for inventory receiving posting
- Assisting with end of month process
- Communicate with vendors when necessary
- Produce A/R and A/P reports for management
- Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years accounting experience in bookkeeping, A/P and A/R preferred
- Must have strong work ethics
- High level of organizational skills
- Must be very detail & task oriented
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and positive attitude.
- Can multi-task and work quickly to meet tight deadlines on a daily basis.
- College degree in accounting a plus
- Knowledge in QB and MS Navision a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and interactively with other staffs
