- Track all incoming and outgoing parts and maintain accurate invoices, purchase orders and sales orders.
- Order parts from suppliers and catalog correct parts, pricing, and availability of parts.
- Keep parts department clean stock, and orderly.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Monitor inventory, communicate parts updates and availability with team and other departments.
- Review daily repair orders and ensure they are properly prepared for technicians.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts.
- Receive payments for counter sales.
- Process part warranties core and part returns.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven parts counter sales knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of gasoline and diesel truck repairs.
- Team orientated and excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
- Good previous work history.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
