In-Store Customer Service Representative

Position Summary
Our Customer Service Representative will be willing to work hard and be detail orientated. The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Marketing & Sales Manager and will be responsible for various tasks that allow for the successful completion of store sales. The associate will be proactive in sharing ideas to help improve productivity and efficiency.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for implementing policies and procedures that support total customer satisfaction.
- Submit and manager the company's social media post
- Share ideas to reduce operating costs, improve productivity, and lower overall costs.
- Be knowledgeable about current promotions.
- Work with Tech Team to provide the best customer service as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Relationships
This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager, who reports to the President. The incumbent regularly interacts with the Marketing & Sales team, The Tech team, online and in-person customers, and new potential customers.
Qualifications
High level of customer service experience
Strong skills in analysis and problem solving
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Previous order processing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Work Conditions
Must be able to be highly organized and pay close attention to detail.
Additional Notes
This position description represents the significant functions of the position but is not intended to be all-inclusive. The incumbent is also responsible for taking direction from the Marketing & Sales Manager, Online Order Fulfillment Supervisor, and President or their representatives in completing projects or performing duties deemed necessary for the store, online orders, marketing team, and company.
