Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
-Create and maintain schedule for Service Technicians and Install group
- Assist with tracking parts and materials for jobs
- Manage Fleet with the use of GPS System
- Utilize Service Titan for Job creation and converting projects
- Provide support for data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct research to answer customer inquiries or provide requested information
- Maintain and create customer maintenance contracts up-to and including creation, collection, & scheduling.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to type quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus
- Experience in fleet management is a plus
- Knowledge of Service Titan
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.49 - $22.27 per hour
