Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including long term care and assisted living facilities. This is an opportunity for a travel nurse or experienced RN to utilize their skills and contribute to the health and well-being of our patients.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in critical care transport and acute pain management
- Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) such as eClinicalWorks to document patient information
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Support memory care patients and their caregivers
- Perform primary care duties, including routine check-ups and screenings
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Adhere to established standards of care and infection control practices
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a culture of respect and compassion
Experience:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license
- Experience working with children and families is preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center is a plus
- Experience with critical care transport and acute pain management is desirable
- Travel nursing experience is also welcome
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) is required
- Primary care and health coaching experience are an asset
- Experience working in memory care is valuable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $41.65 - $50.77 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
