Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance and Compliance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively listening to Legal intake Phone calls, with a primary focus on reviewing recorded calls and signed agreements to ensure adherence to client requirements and internal company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to and evaluate recorded calls to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
- Identify and document discrepancies or areas of concern in call handling and client interactions.
- Thoroughly review legal contracts for accuracy, ensuring there are no typographical errors or inconsistencies.
- Verify that all client and company requirements are met within contracts.
- Compile detailed reports on call quality and contract accuracy, highlighting any areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all reviews conducted.
- Provide constructive feedback to relevant departments based on findings from call and contract reviews.
- Collaborate with training and development teams to implement improvements and ensure high standards.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve knowledge and skills in quality assurance and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a legal or customer service environment.
- Experience in call monitoring and contract review is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to assess call quality and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and contract review processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using call monitoring software and tools.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with quality management software is an advantage.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
