$40+/flag hour (Up to $50+ depending on skill level)

Job Description:
A Clutch Technician is a self-motivated, disciplined, and collaborative individual. Their key objectives are to thoroughly and accurately digitally inspect customer vehicles and perform approved services and repairs in an efficient manner. They are approachable with the service team and fellow technicians and foster a cooperative team environment.

Job Requirements
Vehicle Inspection
- Educate customers with honest, thorough, and informative vehicle recommendations.
- Utilize technology and tools to inspect and diagnose vehicles with urgency and accuracy.
Vehicle Repair & Maintenance
- Complete approved vehicle repairs and services correctly and efficiently while maintaining open communication with the service team.
- Perform services with minimal mistakes.
Professionalism
- Take pride in the work performed while maintaining a culture of respect, hard work, and honesty.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with team relationships, shared shop workspace, and personal appearance.
Qualifications:
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing most types of vehicles
- Owns the tools necessary to complete the job requirements
- High proficiency with factory scan tools
- Passionate about maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Team-oriented
- Have the skills and dedication to turn 40+ flag hours per week.
- Experience training apprentice technicians preferred
- ASE Certifications (Encouraged but not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $53.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week

- Do you have adequate tools, including an advanced scan tool, to properly diagnose most makes and models?
- Do you have experience performing multi-point inspections and the ability to do this in an electronic format? (We use Tekmetric)
- Can you provide two work references who will testify to your good attitude, strong work ethic, and advanced skill level to properly diagnose and repair vehicles? (Our bar is high for skill level and personal character).
Experience:
- Automotive Repair and Diagnostic: 10 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- ASE 1-8 Certifications or the Equivalant Knowledge (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77018: Relocate before starting work (Required)
