Cascadia Health is seeking a dedicated Housing Administrative Coordinator, Senior to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our property management team, maintaining updated information across our systems, and adhering to Federal and State Fair Housing Regulations.

General Office Support: Manage office operations, schedule appointments, maintain filing systems, process invoices, order supplies, and provide administrative support to various departments.

Property Management Assistance: Assist with tenant move-ins, manage waitlists, coordinate with property management and facilities, and handle bad debt collections.

Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in safety drills and training.

Education: High School diploma or GED required; related college coursework preferred.

Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years in property management.

Minimum of 2 years with landlord-tenant law.

Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech software preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong computer literacy.

Ability to break down complex information into digestible content.
