Summary:
The Service and Support (SAS) Schedulers at Crystal Flash are valued team members who provide safe, prompt, efficient and caring customer service that delights customers at all times. SAS Schedulers are responsible for being the main responders for phone calls, emails and voicemails coming into the department, working directly with Commercial and Residential sales for scheduled tank sets or leak checks, and dispatching service technicians to complete their work at customer sites. Team members are expected to support the company’s mission and vision by demonstrating the following values: integrity, safety and environmental protection, customer service, open communication, diversity, teamwork and financial responsibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist and answer customer calls in a timely and professional manner, finalizing scheduled appointments with customers.

Inform customers of any related required fees or other issues with the delivery process, and assist customers with problem resolution, billing, and payment questions.

Notify appropriate agencies for tank set preparation, confirm customer facilities are adequate, and process Miss Dig tickets and permits in a timely manner.

Complete administrative duties such as processing paperwork, tagging or noting customer accounts in the system, and billing out rentals/equipment.

Help customers in identifying high risk situations and potential safety hazards. Respond to safety issues and emergency situations, keeping a calm and steady demeanor.

Support department needs by performing other functions as needed to maintain efficient and effective operations.
Education and/or experience:
-
High school or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related customer service or call center experience

Intermediate to advanced level experience with computers and Microsoft Office, email, internet, database applications required

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
