Administrative Assistant
About the Position: The individual selected for this position will work in the Prevention Division at Central Office located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services. The individual will perform administrative, professional, and highly technical duties for the agency contracts and grants management area. Duties include the ability to multi-task while arranging for trainings and/or meetings; distribution of invoice-related correspondence to internal and external customers; receiving, reviewing, and distributing invoice-related documents; and preparation of various reports and invoice documents requiring expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern office methods.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Level II - Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus one year of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Level III - Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus two years of technical clerical, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
