We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
- Oversee the analytical research and development processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Lead method development and validation for analytical testing.
- Manage and maintain analytical instrumentation and laboratory equipment, including HPLC, UPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, Suppository Disintegration Tester, Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry.
- Conduct regular testing and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement of quality control processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in analytical research and development.
- Proven expertise in method development and validation.
- Proficient in using analytical instrumentation and lab equipment such as HPLC, UPLC, and mass spectrometry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
