Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen staff, create delicious culinary offerings, and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production in the kitchen
- Plan and create innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal offerings and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on creativity and quality
- Excellent team management and supervisory abilities
- Proficient in kitchen management, including inventory control and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
