We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in networking, Windows and Linux OS, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Gcloud).
Knowledge of Mac systems is a plus so is support experience with endpoint products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with our products and services.
The candidate will work closely with a support team in Poland. Eastern or Central Time zone candidates preferred to have more time overlap with Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via zoom or zendesk tickets (sometimes email)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to networking, Windows, Linux, and Mac systems, cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document and communicate solutions effectively to customers and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and product updates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong background in networking and hands-on experience with AWS and/or other Cloud Services and Storage Solutions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Knowledge of Mac systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS certifications) are a plus.
- Travel to Poland required (at least for the initial training)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support roles.
