```Duties```
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to make high-quality coffee beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food and beverages
- Assist with stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with different coffee blends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and menu items
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
