We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and be capable of maximizing throughput to meet production deadlines. The role requires a team-oriented individual with a passion for driving productivity while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Assemble artwork with precision, adhering to order specifications and quality standards
- Conduct thorough inspections of artwork components to ensure quality and identify and address any defects
- Work collaboratively to achieve collective production goals
- Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow and address challenges
- Abide by company safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or incidents
- Maintain clean an organized work area and equipment
- Confirm artwork components match order specifications, communicating any errors to floor leadership
- Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
- Other duties as assigned by Management

High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
- Manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred
- Ability to operate hand and power tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions in English
- Ability to work through continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and reaching in a production environment 8 - 10 hours per day
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and/or required
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
