To manage various financial and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, processing vouchers and invoices, monitoring financial transactions, data entry into client management systems, assisting with personnel activity reporting tasks, supervision of intake and data entry staff, and assisting with the maintenance of participant files to ensure compliance with agency policies and grant protocols.
