INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
The Senior Regional Revenue Manager is an independent, take-charge professional responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies across an assigned portfolio. Must meet tight deadlines with little supervision and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. The Regional Revenue Manager should have a passion for helping the assigned portfolio increase their topline revenue, increase profitability, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with all properties, vendors, and partners. The position is a leadership role in the Revenue Management Department. This position can be fully remote, hybrid, or in Ocean City, MD.

Provide training and mentoring to the Regional Revenue Team.

Work seamlessly with other Regional Team members in Market and Operations.

Strategic Revenue Management above property, with strong collaboration with department heads

Lead and/or collaborate on special projects.

Lead and champion the development and implementation of a comprehensive
revenue management strategy with each property in the portfolio -
Utilization of reservation and sales reporting tools to identify trends and analysis of property booking metric

Utilization and management of 3rd party e-commerce partner platforms to increase visibility and drive sales

Regularly meet with property stakeholders to present a clear understanding of
trends and results through report analysis and tools -
Set controls and thresholds-based property revenue goals and objective

Regularly adjust or edit pricing strategy for property

Supports team to solve problems, educates, mentors, and coaches staff for training and development of skills in revenue management

Provide strategic and tactical initiatives to maximize revenue by working cohesively with cross-functional teams.

Daily, weekly, monthly, and comparative reports for pace reports, occupancy reports, and site and inventory analysis.

Regular revenue forecasting

Provides competitive and demand analysis

Travel is minimal – 2 per year for conferences/workshops and travel to property locations when necessary.

Performs other duties as assigned

Provides regular and reliable attendance.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Senior Regional Revenue Manager reports to the VP of Revenue Management. This role works closely with the revenue management team, regional marketing, and operations partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
5+ Years of Revenue Management in Hotel hospitality and/or related industry.

1-3 years of hospitality operations experience preferred

Experience with MEWS, Lighthouse, & Costar strongly preferred
-
Associate or bachelor's in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
-
Strong presentation skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a sedentary role; however, frequent sitting or standing is required. The ability to read and interpret writing in color is required. Must use dexterity to operate computers and related tools. Some travel is required!
