PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
· Maintain accurate inventory records including but not limited to updating existing inventory management software/systems.
· Prepare inventory reports as needed/requested by management.
· Prepare reports outlining ordering trends.
· Prepare reports providing inventory-related financial summaries.
· Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to place orders for inventory as needed/requested.
· Stock and catalog products, including receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to their final warehouse/department destinations.
· Performing quality checks.
· Inspecting shipments for accuracy and resolving any inconsistencies.
· Coordinate with the warehouse team to discard inventory that does not meet company standards.
· Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory – making recommendations for disposal/clearance.
· Secure shipment arrival times.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely receipt and delivery of goods.
· Ensure all warehouse employees have the supplies/products they need for successful and efficient business operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
· Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the same or similar role.
· A proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
· The ability to read/write effectively is a MUST.
· The ability to drive a forklift is a must.
· Must always follow safety procedures and report unsafe situations to management immediately.
· Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
· Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
· This position requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting while working.
· Ability to read, write, understand, and relay, written and verbal instructions.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
· Must wear prescribed personal protective equipment as needed or directed by management.
· Perform different job functions within the Warehouse Department.
· Must be able to follow standard operating procedures and best practices for warehouse management.
· Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
· Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
· Previous warehouse experience, such as knowledge of packaging and shipping standards.
· We are only hiring applicants who are proficient and drive a sit-down forklift.

- This position will be in the City of Industry, CA 91789.
- Candidates interested in employment with AC Infinity must relocate before starting work if moving from a different area. This is required.
