Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance with financial regulations
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes
- Assist in Payroll Accounting
- Assist in AR/AP
- Monthly sales and use tax reporting
-Daily bank management
Skills:

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in private equity or corporate finance is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software - Knowledge of accrual accounting and ability to apply it effectively

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience)
- CPA certification is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
