Responsibilities
Input and upload data into our designated software systems
Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors or discrepancies
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Retrieve and review data from external sources
Identify trends or patterns in data and report findings to the team
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and accurate data management
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
