Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician
Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technicians must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and one year of clinical experience working with children or adolescents with disabilities. Experience working with children with autism preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position primarily involves working one-on-one with a child with autism in a clinic base setting, there may be instances for off-site services to be provided. The ability to follow directions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times is critical for this position.
This position is an at-will employment position and either you or Red River Therapeutic Solutions, LLC. can terminate your employment at any time or for no reason. Staff members will only be compensated for billable services provided (unless otherwise specified) generally 20-40 hours per week.
Primary responsibilities include:
Develop and implement daily therapeutic activities under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director.
Implement Individualized Service Plans with clients and client families/caregivers.
Coordinate with other service providers working with clients to encourage consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers.
Complete all required documentation including behavioral data, daily notes and daily/weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure all documentation on assigned clients meets insurance providers standards and other required regulations.
Update client programs as needed.
Develop program materials and ensure appropriate materials are available during client sessions.
Perform 20-40 hours of billable service each week or maximum billable hours on schedule.
Complete supervision on a weekly basis to discuss client updates, progress or concerns.
Attend and participate in all scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for successful operation of the program.
Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
This positions also includes assisting BCBAs with graphing, additional documentation, implementing shadowing and training opportunities for new staff, providing oversite and assistance of new staff, assisting with parent training, and providing support as needed for general program requirements.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
