Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain a proactive, self-starter approach to develop outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
- Anticipate market needs through comprehensive research on services and market trends to identify promising leads.
- Support senior sales teams and representatives by implementing effective outbound strategies for lead generation.
- Attend meetings with prospects, facilitating introductions, and ensuring timely follow-up with sales representatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new business prospects, determining and facilitating next steps.
- Establish ongoing communication and build relationships with prospects to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Contribute innovative lead generation ideas to weekly sales team meetings to foster collaboration and drive results.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with public speaking experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day.
- Have a strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
- Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment.
- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve goals.
- Ability to create a rapport with potential peers and prospects.
- Work with a collaborative mentality focusing on the outcomes of the team.
- Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or business administration or an equivalent wealth of relevant experience.
- 6+ months in the sales domain, including valuable internship exposure.
- A proventrack record in surpassing lead targets and sales metrics is a strong advantage.
- While previous cold calling experience is a plus, it's not a strict requirement.
- Demonstrated ambition to advance to the role of an Account Executive.
