Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Entering data such as customer information, tool records, and other relevant data into Quick Books and spreadsheets.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered to ensure data integrity.
- Maintaining and updating paper records and files as required.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient data flow and management.
Qualifications for Data Entry Clerk
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Data entry experience or related office experience (preferred, not required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick Books (preferred, not required)
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think analytically
