Come and join our team! We're hiring a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician for our Apartment community in Longwood, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain grounds, amenities, buildings, and common areas
- Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units
- Assist with maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal
- Assist with emergencies and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience preferred
- Skills in carpentry, drywall repair, and painting
- Ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
- Computer literacy a plus
- Must be fully vaccinated or able to provide accommodation documentation
Working Conditions/Environment/Physical Demands:
- Full-time position with occasional after-hours and weekend work
