We are in search of a leader/manager to take our Amelia Island office to the next level. The ideal candidate has real estate and management experience with the ability to lead and manage a growing office of real estate agents. The right candidate also possesses strong communication skills and naturally connects well with others. They are aligned with the Operating Principal’s vision for the office and leverages the tools provided to achieve set expectations through attracting and retaining top talent. The right candidate demonstrates a strong need to lead, influence, and succeed through others. They also must show initiative and be willing to take charge with little supervision.
Job duties will include:
● Communicating and sharing the office’s unique value proposition.
●Attracting and retaining agents using KW tools, resources and programs to drive success.
● Consulting internal agents through 1:1s to increase productivity and retention.
● Attaining dominate market share in the target market.
● Managing and coaching the administrative staff while providing training & growth opportunities.
● Leading bi-weekly team meetings.
