The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Paycor, and Microsoft office, and be time sensitive. The HR Business Partner will work closely with management to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Provide coaching and development to managers and employees
- Partner with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives
- Experience with Paycor, Microsoft Office, Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills a Must
- Working Knowledge in Human Resources degreed or work exp.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
